This page explains how to request deletion of your IQtent account and all associated data.

How to delete your account

In the app, and it is done immediately. Open IQtent, sign in and go to Profile → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and permanent — it is not a request someone has to process.

Can’t access the app?

If you cannot sign in to your account, send an email to support@iqtent.com, from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete IQtent account". A pre-filled template:

What gets deleted

• Your account (email and password)
• All your tent and plant data (configuration, fixture catalog, calibration)
• All photos you uploaded, including those saved in cloud file storage
• Your subscription status (if you have an active subscription, cancel it first on the Play Store or in the billing portal, to avoid future charges)

No data is retained beyond what's legally required (e.g., tax records for payments, where applicable).

Timeframe

In the app, deletion is immediate. By email, we handle the request within a few business days and confirm once it’s done.

Using the app without an account?

If you use IQtent in guest mode (without creating an account), your data lives only on your device — just uninstall the app or clear the browser's data to remove it; no request is needed.
